If you are ordering from the European Union, South America, or countries with strict customs policies, we strongly advise selecting Triangular Shipping.
- How it works: Your package is first shipped from our manufacturing hub to an intermediate transit facility in a customs-friendly region (such as the US or Germany). Once cleared, it is re-labeled and forwarded locally to your address.
- Why choose it? This completely eliminates direct import inspections from China, ensuring your package arrives safely without customs delays or unexpected import taxes.
- Note: Triangular shipping incurs a small $20 surcharge and may take slightly longer than direct express shipping, but it offers the highest level of delivery security.
3. Delivery Protection & Customer Safeguards
- 100% Free Reshipment Guarantee: If your package is lost in transit or seized by customs, we will send a brand-new replacement entirely at our expense.
- Zero Hidden Fees: All watches are shipped via established routes. You will not have to pay additional customs duties or import tariffs upon arrival.
- Valid Phone Number Required: Please ensure your shipping address includes an active phone number so local couriers can contact you. If a package is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts, redelivery fees may apply.
4. 14-Day Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our timepieces with a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Unworn Condition: The watch must be in the exact condition received, with all protective plastics, tags, and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for watches that have been worn or resized.
- Contact Support First: Do not send packages back without contacting us. Email info@puretime01.com or message us on Telegram to obtain return instructions and the correct return address.
- Approved Shipping Methods: Returns must be sent via regular registered postal mail with a tracking number (do not use DHL, FedEx, or UPS for returns, as they face strict import inspection at destination hubs).
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued promptly once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
