Hi, I’m Angus, founder of PureTime.
I have been working in the replica watch industry for many years. PureTime started on the watch forums, where I began selling watches and communicating directly with collectors from different parts of the world.
The forums were an important part of the industry at the time. They were where people discussed new releases, compared factories, reviewed watches and pointed out what could be improved. Being active there gave me a good understanding of what collectors were actually looking for.
As PureTime grew, we built relationships with different factories and suppliers in China. This became an important part of the way we work.
We don’t simply list watches and take orders. Over the years we have worked closely with makers on new releases, shared customer and collector feedback, reviewed samples and discussed details that could be improved before or during production.
Sometimes this starts with a model that customers have been requesting. We communicate that demand to the makers and, when a factory decides to develop it, we can provide references and feedback throughout the process.
A lot has changed since we started.
Factories that were once among the biggest names in the industry are no longer around, new factories have taken their place, and the overall quality of replica watches has improved considerably. PureTime has been here through many of those changes and continues to work with established suppliers as well as new makers entering the market.
Our website and domains have also changed over the years, but the business behind PureTime and our relationship with the watch community have continued.
We owe a large part of that longevity to the forums and their members. Many people first discovered PureTime through those communities, and some customers have continued buying from us for many years.
Today our approach is still quite simple: source good watches, work with reliable factories, provide proper QC and try to give customers accurate information about what they are buying.
We also offer a 14-day return period after delivery, subject to our return policy.
